ZA: Extension of temporary concession for foreign nationals related to delayed processing of waiver, visa and appeal applications

What changes: Foreign nationals with pending waiver applications as of the directive's signature date are granted a further temporary extension until June 30, 2027. ZA: Extension of validity of exemptions for Zimbabwean Exemption Permit Holders

What changes: The validity of exemptions granted to Zimbabwean Exemption Permit (ZEP) holders has been extended. Current permits will remain valid until May 29, 2027. It is noted that ZEP holders do not qualify for permanent residence permits.
