Regulations Amending the Small Vessel Regulations
What changes: These amendments replace section 100 of the Small Vessel Regulations. The new section 100(1) specifies that Part 1 of the regulations applies to a pleasure craft, other than a human-powered one, principally maintained or operated in Canada and equipped with propulsion engines totaling at least 7.5 kW. Regulations Amending the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (School Buses)
What changes: These amendments repeal subsection 15.1(1) and the heading before it, and repeal section 17 of the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. They also replace the portion of item 111 of Schedule III in column II and replace the heading “Mirrors and Rear Visibility Systems” before section 111 of Schedule IV.
