The regulatory barometer
How many changes we detected in the official sources we watch, by area and by month. A count of our detections — not a measure of legislative activity.
Minimum figure: one request hit the row limit, so the real total is higher.

Method
Every entry comes from GovToDate’s automated detection on official sources — official gazettes, administrations, public bodies. Never a blog, never a news outlet, never a private site.
The count is of what was DETECTED during the window, at its detection date. A rule published earlier and spotted later counts on the day we spotted it.
An entry carrying several areas is counted in each, so the per-area column can exceed the total. Exact duplicates — same title, same source — are merged.
